Broadway is India’s pioneering experiential department store concept designed to rewrite the rules of modern retail. We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer Intern with a minimum of 6 months of experience to join our team.

In this role, you will transform complex educational content into visually engaging, interactive learning experiences, including pitch decks, training presentations, and digital learning modules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of graphic design experience (internships or freelance count).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Strong presentation tools: Figma, Canva, PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Interactive design basics and user engagement awareness.
• Excellent communication, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Recent graduate with a degree/diploma in Graphic Design or related field.

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern with a minimum of 6 months of experience to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming complex educational content into visually engaging, interactive learning experiences. You will collaborate closely with team members to design high-impact pitch decks, training presentations, and digital learning modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Interactive Decks: Design and format highly engaging, professional presentations and pitch decks.
• Learning Modules: Create visual assets, layouts, and graphics for digital training modules.
• Training Materials: Develop worksheets, guides, and infographics to support learning initiatives.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and apply company brand guidelines across all visual mediums.
• Collaboration: Work alongside instructional designers and content creators to brainstorm visual layouts.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design templates, icons, and stock imagery.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of graphic design experience (internships or freelance count).
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Presentation Tools: Strong command over Figma, Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, or Google Slides.
