Social Connexions in Chennai is seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to craft branding, logos, packaging and social media visuals for multiple client brands.

You will collaborate with content and marketing teams, manage multiple brands, and deliver high-quality, print-ready artwork within tight deadlines. A strong portfolio is mandatory; AI-generated work will not be considered.

• Design high-quality, creative social media posts, stories, carousels, and digital campaign creatives for multiple brands managed by Social Connexions.
• Develop original logos, complete brand identities, brand guidelines, and visual concepts for new and existing clients.
• Create innovative packaging designs, product labels, marketing collaterals, and print-ready artwork.
• Manage design requirements across multiple client accounts while maintaining each brand's unique visual identity and consistency.
• Conceptualize and execute fresh, original design ideas that align with each client's brand positioning and creative direction.
• Work closely with the content and marketing teams to deliver engaging, visually compelling creatives.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, with excellent attention to detail.
• Stay updated with contemporary design trends, branding techniques, and creative industry standards.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from initial concept development through final execution.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and efficient Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a creative or branding agency.

The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in logo design, brand identity development, packaging design, and social media creatives, with advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
