Role & Responsibilities

• Create on-brand visual assets for digital and print: social posts, banners, email creatives, brochures, and ads.
• Translate creative briefs into polished layouts using strong typography, color, imagery, and composition.
• Prepare production-ready files and export assets for web, social platforms, and print with correct specifications.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to iterate designs based on feedback and campaign performance.
• Maintain and apply brand guidelines; build and update reusable templates and design asset libraries.
• Support basic creative testing (A/B variants) and help measure creative effectiveness with input from the team.
