Qualifications

• Any Graduate with relevant experience in Graphic Design, Fashion, Apparel, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design and embroidery digitizing.
• Experience in garment/apparel industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graphic design & creative content for apparel collections, campaigns, and brand promotions.
• Create social media posts, reels, lookbooks, catalogs, emailers, e-commerce banners, and promotional creatives.
• Edit raw footage from fashion shoots, factory floors, product shoots, and model photoshoots into high-quality videos and reels.
• Create motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects for campaigns and product launches.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, including fonts, colors, layouts, imagery, and overall visual style.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, styling, and product teams to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and moodboards.
• Organize and maintain high-resolution product images, videos, design files, and other digital assets.

Graphic Designer & Embroidery Punching Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer & Embroidery Punching Operator to join our apparel team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in graphic design, fashion content creation, video editing, and embroidery digitizing/punching.

The role involves creating high-quality visual content for apparel collections while also developing embroidery artwork and converting designs into production-ready embroidery files.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Content

• Create engaging visual and motion content for apparel collections, campaigns, and brand promotions.
• Design social media posts, reels, lookbooks, catalogs, emailers, e-commerce banners, and promotional creatives.
• Edit raw footage from fashion shoots, factory floors, product shoots, and model photoshoots into high-quality videos and reels.
• Create motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects for campaigns and product launches.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, including fonts, colors, layouts, imagery, and overall visual style.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, styling, and product teams to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and moodboards.

Embroidery Design & Punching

• Create and develop embroidery artwork for logos, motifs, patches, labels, and garment designs.
• Convert artwork into production-ready embroidery files using professional digitizing software.
• Operate embroidery punching/digitizing software and prepare files according to garment specifications.
• Ensure correct stitch density, underlay, thread direction, sequencing, sizing, and placement.
• Coordinate with the embroidery production team to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Review embroidery samples and make necessary corrections to achieve the required finish and quality.
• Maintain embroidery design files and production records for future requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Wilcom.
• Good understanding of apparel graphics, fashion design, and garment branding.
• Hands-on experience in embroidery digitizing/punching and logo development.
• Knowledge of embroidery techniques, stitch types, thread selection, density, and sequencing.
• Strong video editing and motion graphics skills.
• Good understanding of composition, typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple creative projects.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Education Qualification

Any Graduate with relevant experience in Graphic Design, Fashion, Apparel, or a related field.

Experience

5–6 years of relevant experience in graphic design, apparel, fashion, embroidery, or a related creative industry. Experience in the garment/apparel industry will be an added advantage.
