About the Team:

As a part of the Punjab Communications Team, you will play a key role in developing impactful visual communication that supports political campaigns and public outreach across Punjab. The team is responsible for creating compelling campaign creatives, digital content, branding assets, and communication material that effectively engages diverse audiences while reflecting the state's cultural and political landscape.

What Would This Role Entail?

• Design Creative Assets: Create high-quality graphics, including social media creatives, posters, banners, brochures, advertisements, logos, and other branding materials.
• Video Editing: Edit engaging videos for social media campaigns, promotional content, political campaigns, and digital platforms, including adding motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound effects.
• Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs and videos align with company branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the Communications Team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns across digital and offline mediums.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest design and video editing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.
• Revise Deliverables: Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to ensure all final deliverables meet quality standards.

Necessary Qualifications/Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create visually appealing graphics and engaging video content for digital and print media.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and reels/short-form video editing.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Proficiency in the Punjabi language is mandatory.
