Key Responsibilities

IT Management

• Oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, CCTV, and smart classrooms.
• Provide technical support to staff and ensure smooth functioning of school systems.
• Manage data security, backups, server maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment installation and maintenance.
• Maintain and update the school website and software portals.

Graphic Designing & Digital Content

• Design posters, banners, certificates, brochures, and event creatives.
• Create engaging graphics for social media, school events, newsletters, and announcements.
• Assist in photography/videography during school events.
• Ensure branding consistency across all digital and print materials.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and video editing tools.
• In-depth knowledge of LAN/WAN, CCTV, firewall management, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage IT labs, ERP systems, and digital classrooms.
