Job summary

AdGrowTech in Bhopal is seeking a Social Media Intern (Graphic Designer + Video Editor) who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content.

You don’t need years of experience—personal projects and college work are welcome. Proficiency in Canva Pro, Premiere Pro, Photoshop is desirable, with familiarity in Illustrator or Figma a plus.

This 3-month internship offers a stipend based on interview, with PPO opportunities on performance.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Canva Pro for creating social media visuals.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Illustrator, Figma, After Effects is a plus.
• Awareness of modern AI creative tools is an added advantage.
• Strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy and social media trends.
• Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining quality.
• Creative, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Ability to generate creative ideas and viral hooks.
• Ability to analyze content and develop content strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of Canva Pro
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro & Photoshop
• Familiarity with Illustrator, Figma, After Effects or other creative tools is a plus
• Awareness of modern AI creative tools is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of Typography, Layouts, Visual Hierarchy & Social Media Trends
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality
• Creative, detail-oriented & willing to learn
• Ability to generate creative ideas and viral hooks
• Ability to analyse content and develop content strategies.
