Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering compelling visual assets that support AAK India’s marketing, product communication, internal branding, and customer engagement initiatives. This includes digital, print, event, and internal communication deliverables.

You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, HR, and Regional/Global communication teams to ensure all creative output aligns with AAK’s brand guidelines and visual identity standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Creative Development
   
   
   
   • Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for marketing materials including brochures, product sheets, presentations, banners, and event collaterals.
   
   
   • Create visually appealing content for digital channels: social media posts, infographics, emailers, and internal newsletters.
   
   
   • Support trade show and customer event branding – booth design, backdrops, invites, and signage.
   
   
   • Design PowerPoint templates, brand guidelines, and internal communication creatives.
   
   
   
   


2. Brand Stewardship
   
   
   
   • Ensure all materials align with AAK’s global brand identity, tone, and design language.
   
   
   • Localize global creative assets for the India market while maintaining brand integrity.
   
   
   • Work closely with Commercial Development, Product Managers, and Marketing Communications teams to translate business briefs into effective visuals.
   
   
   • Liaise with print vendors, event partners, and external agencies for production and execution.
   
   
   • Support digital campaigns (LinkedIn, website, internal portals) with consistent and on‑brand creatives.
   
   
   • Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an advantage.
   
   
   
   

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.


• 2‑4 years of experience in a Digital Marketing, Corporate or Agency design environment (B2B preferred).


• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, layout skills, and brand alignment.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Canva, Other AI Based and cloud‑based designing.


• Good understanding of Fundamentals of design, Typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.


• Experience designing for both print and digital mediums.


• Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
