Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design process from research to high-fidelity execution.
• Design intuitive interfaces for eCommerce web applications.
• Drive CRO through strategic user experience designs.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI guidelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Ensure UX best practices, CRO principles, and usability standards.
• Review and provide feedback on design outputs from team members.
• Lead and mentor junior designers; ensure quality and consistency.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate design implementation.

Requirements

• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
