• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
• Portfolio demonstrating creative, high-quality design work across different formats and industries.
• Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to follow and interpret creative briefs.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a team setting in Ranchi.
• Preferred: Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, and prior experience in an agency or IT services environment.
