About you:

You’re a creative designer who enjoys turning ideas into clear, on‑brand visuals. You like variety in your work and feel comfortable switching between digital, social and print. You’re curious about how AI can support your creative process and you enjoy learning new tools as you go. At Access, you’ll have the space to grow your skills, share ideas, and do work that’s seen and used across the business.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Create on‑brand design assets for digital, social and print campaigns, making sure everything feels consistent and well considered.
• Support the production of brochures, infographics, presentations and other marketing materials across different channels.
• Use AI design tools to help with ideation, visual concepts and fast iteration on briefs.
• Work closely with the marketing team to deliver campaigns on time, adapting assets into different formats and sizes when needed.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Experience designing for tech, Software as a Service (SaaS) or hospitality brands.
• Familiarity with digital advertising specifications and social media design formats.
• A basic understanding of design for user experience (UX) or web contexts.
• Hands‑on experience using AI image or design tools in real projects.
