Constellation Software And Consulting is seeking a Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience to craft attention-grabbing social media graphics and digital ads. You will create high-impact visuals for posts, banners, emails, and campaigns, turning briefs into strong creatives and producing multiple variations for performance marketing.

You will work across brands, maintaining distinct identities while adapting designs for Meta Ads, Google Ads, websites, and social platforms.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of graphic design experience preferred.
• Strong eye for composition, typography, and color.
• Ability to adapt designs across brands while preserving identity.

• Design multiple creative variations for performance marketing campaigns
• Work across different brands while maintaining their individual visual identities
• Create and adapt designs for Meta Ads, Google Ads, websites, and social media
• Stay ahead of design trends, social media formats, and evolving creative styles
• Work closely with marketing, content, and performance teams
