Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics that enhance our school’s branding and communication efforts. This role involves working closely with the administration, teachers, and marketing team to develop designs that support our educational goals and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design Production: Create high-quality graphics for various platforms including print (brochures, posters, flyers), digital (website, social media), and multimedia (videos, animations).

Branding: Develop and maintain the visual identity of Nalanda Vidyaniketan, ensuring consistency across all materials.

Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to design promotional materials that effectively communicate our school’s values and achievements.

Educational Content: Design infographics, icons, and visual elements to support educational content, presentations, and reports.

Publication Layout: Assist in the design and layout of school publications, including newsletters, annual reports, and event programs.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our materials current and engaging.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills.

Software Proficiency

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a plus.

Design Principles
