Job summary

Thought and Found in Mumbai is seeking a Mid–Senior Graphic Designer to shape how our work looks and feels. This role blends concept, craft, and ownership, working closely with the Founder and design team from first idea to final delivery.

You will design brand identities, print collateral, and digital assets, while guiding junior designers and ensuring high-quality output across the studio’s projects. In-office, full-time position with a collaborative studio culture.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio showing concept thinking and craft (non-negotiable)
• Expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong command of typography, layout, colour, and grids
• Knowledge of print production, paper, and finishes
• Figma, After Effects, or KeyShot are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and visual direction for brands, products, and campaigns
• Design brand identities, logos, and visual guidelines
• Create print collateral, packaging, catalogues, and brochures
• Design client presentations, pitch decks, and product visualisation layouts
• Produce digital and social media creatives
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printers and vendors
• Take full ownership of projects from brief to delivery, including timelines and revisions
• Guide junior designers and maintain quality across the studio's output

We're looking for a Mid–Senior Graphic Designer to shape how Thought and Found and our clients' work look and feel. This isn't a production-only role. It combines concept, craft, and ownership, working closely with our Founder and design team from first idea to final delivery.

Mumbai | Full-time | Thought and Found

-Office timing: 9:30 to 6:30

-Working days: Monday to Friday in office, Saturday work from home

Key Responsibilities

• -Develop concepts and visual direction for brands, products, and campaigns
