Job summary

Selective Global Search is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to lead the creation of online and offline marketing materials. You will design page layouts, UI concepts, and print collateral, leveraging CorelDRAW, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator to deliver expressive graphics.

You will collaborate with agencies, manage multiple projects, and ensure quality while meeting deadlines. A strong portfolio and 3+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design.
• Experience using design software such as CorelDRAW, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; plus other graphic and video-making software.
• Create website layout/UI using standard HTML/CSS practices.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language: PHP, ASP.NET, JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
• Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing material.
• Knowledge about various POSM material on different paper/media.
• Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns.
• Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines.
• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
• Collaborate with Agency/Printing jobbers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics.
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
• Strong analytical skill
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
