Job summary

The Attention Co. in Mumbai is seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to shape bold social media visuals for a young audience. This role emphasizes real portfolio pieces over corporate slides, with fast-paced daily output and room to experiment.

You will design assets for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and Figma, collaborating with content, video, and marketing teams to push creative boundaries.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media design is preferred; freshers welcome if portfolio is strong.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media work and bold visuals.
• Understanding of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn design trends.
• Ability to translate ideas into crisp, high-impact visuals.

• A flair for funky, youthful, and bold design styles — not boring templates.
