Graphic Designer Associate at El Sol Strategic Consultants [ESSC]

As a Graphic Designer at El Sol Strategic Consultants you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective design solutions that communicate our brand message and engage our target audience. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop a wide range of design materials across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and compelling visual concepts that align with the brand’s identity, values, and objectives.
• Design a wide range of materials, including print collateral, digital advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, website elements, and more.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
• Translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs, using a mix of typography, imagery, and colour theory.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that design deliverables are produced on time and meet high‑quality standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the brand’s visual guidelines and assets.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to contribute creative ideas and solutions.
• Work closely with external vendors and partners when necessary to ensure seamless execution of design projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proficiency in industry‑standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, colour theory, and composition.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in both print and digital mediums.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in animation, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles is a bonus.
