Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work for social media, digital campaigns, and brand projects.
• Effective communication and openness to feedback and iteration.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design or Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.

Role Description

The Graphic Designer role at Hub Of Creators is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. In this role, the Graphic Designer will create visual assets for social media, websites, campaigns, and brand materials, ensuring consistency with client brand guidelines and project requirements. Day-to-day tasks include developing concepts and layouts, designing logos and brand elements, selecting typography and color palettes, and preparing files for digital and print use. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and content teams to refine ideas, respond to feedback, and deliver high-quality designs within set timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual communication.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including creating brand identities and maintaining visual consistency across platforms.
• Solid understanding of Typography, layout, and color theory to produce clear, aesthetically balanced designs.
• Experience using industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar tools).
