Responsibilities

• Create product infographics, feature images, dimension/specification graphics, and e-commerce content.
• Design instruction/installation manuals, including product illustrations, icons, parts diagrams, installation steps, warnings, and instructional graphics.
• Create retail packaging and branded boxes using brand guidelines.
• Develop technical/product illustrations and line-art from product images or references.
• Create and maintain product catalogs and other marketing materials.
• Perform advanced Photoshop editing and manipulation, including lifestyle images, background replacement, retouching, and compositing.
• Create email marketing graphics and templates.
• Basic video resizing, cropping, reframing, and exporting using Premiere Pro.
• Prepare artwork for commercial printing with bleed, trim, safe margins, CMYK, resolution.
• Accurately represent technical information such as inches, feet, diameter, degrees, and dimensions.
• Follow brand guidelines including colors, fonts, typography, layouts, icons, and visual style.
• Use approved/licensed stock images from authorized sources.
• Use AI tools for inspiration and workflow improvements where appropriate.

Graphic Designer – Product & Technical Design

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can create product-focused marketing and technical design materials while strictly following established brand guidelines.

This role requires strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills, along with an understanding of print production, packaging, technical illustrations, and product image manipulation. This is not purely a social media or creative advertising design position. The role involves a significant amount of product-focused and technical graphic design.

Our products can include truck, trailer, towing, cargo-control and other industrial/product applications. The designer must therefore be comfortable working with technical product information, measurements, hardware, installation steps and product specifications, while presenting that information clearly to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create product infographics, feature images, dimension/specification graphics, and e-commerce content based on copy provided by the content team.
• Design instruction/installation manuals, including product illustrations, icons, parts diagrams, installation steps, warnings, and instructional graphics.
• Create retail packaging and branded boxes using supplied die lines and brand guidelines.
• Develop technical/product illustrations and line-art from product images or references.
• Create and maintain product catalogs and other marketing materials.
• Perform advanced Photoshop editing and manipulation, including realistic lifestyle images, product-in-use/action shots, background replacement, retouching, shadows, and compositing.
• Create email marketing graphics and templates.
• Perform basic video resizing, cropping, reframing, and exporting using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Prepare artwork for commercial printing, including correct bleed, trim, safe margins, CMYK, resolution, and print-ready files.
• Accurately represent technical information such as inches, feet, diameter (Ø), degrees (°), dimensions, and other product specifications.
• Strictly follow established brand guidelines, including colors, fonts, typography, layouts, icons, and overall visual style.
• Use only approved/licensed stock images and design assets from authorized sources.
• Use AI tools responsibly for inspiration, concept development, and improving creative workflows where appropriate.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with product infographics, technical graphics, instruction manuals, and packaging design.
• Good understanding of print production, bleed, margins, die lines, and print-ready artwork.
• Strong Photoshop compositing and image-manipulation skills.
• Ability to create clean vector illustrations, icons, diagrams, and product line-art.
• Good understanding of technical measurements and dimension presentation.
• Strong typography, layout, alignment, and visual-hierarchy skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines consistently.
• Understanding of image licensing and copyright requirements.

Preferred Experience

Experience designing for physical products, e-commerce, industrial products, automotive products, hardware, tools, or similar product-based businesses will be an advantage.

Candidates must submit a portfolio. Preference will be given to portfolios demonstrating product infographics, packaging, instruction manuals, technical illustrations, dimension graphics, catalogs, and realistic Photoshop manipulation/lifestyle compositions.
