Compensation: ₹4,500,000 - ₹7,000,000 + equity eligibility based on performance

The Role

We’re looking for a passionate Graphic Designer to join our Pune HQ2 team who sees design as more than just creating slides and social posts. You’ll be the visual voice of our revolutionary AI platform, serving as a design partner to our US-based sales team and working under the guidance of our Senior Graphic Designer to create compelling assets that close enterprise deals.

While presentation design and marketing materials will be your core focus, the right candidate will have opportunities to shape our brand and explore product visuals as they prove their impact. You’ll report to our Senior Graphic Designer, who will mentor you and ensure all work meets Blitzy’s standards while giving you creative freedom to excel.

• Sales and marketing assets are delivered on time, on-brand, and at a quality level that earns direct praise from the enterprise sales team.
• Presentation decks and pitch templates measurably support deal progression and communicate Blitzy’s value proposition with clarity and visual impact.
• You build a reputation internally as a reliable, high-taste design partner who elevates every project you touch.
• You proactively leverage AI design tools to accelerate throughput without sacrificing craft or attention to detail.
• You grow from core sales enablement work into broader brand and product design responsibilities over time.

Areas of Ownership

Sales Enablement (Primary Focus)

• High-impact sales decks and presentations for enterprise deals
• Customizable pitch templates tailored to different buyer personas
• Case studies showcasing customer ROI and success stories

Marketing & Growth Assets

• Social media content, paid campaign materials, and growth ads
• Product marketing materials including launches, feature updates, and newsletters
• Infographics that simplify complex AI concepts for a broad audience
• Reports, whitepapers, and thought leadership materials
• Event materials and branded assets

Design Systems & Cross-Functional Support

• Brand-consistent templates and reusable design components
• Data visualizations and charts for marketing use
• Cross-functional design support as the company scales

Required Experience

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience; B2B tech or SaaS background is a strong plus
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design skills — a degree is nice to have, but your work speaks louder (portfolio required to apply)
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Experience with presentation tools such as Figma Slides, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with a US-based sales team, including time zone overlap for handoffs
• Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends and best practices
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities

• Previous experience at an AI/ML or enterprise software company
