The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience, strong portfolio, and proficiency in CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and motion graphics tools. Interest in 3D printing is a plus and collaboration is essential to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and conceptualization for digital and print media including advertisements, social media content, websites, brochures, packaging and event materials.
• Translate briefs into visually striking concepts that align with the brand identity.
• Enhance brand consistency across outputs while introducing fresh, creative approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create assets that elevate marketing campaigns.
• Perform advanced image editing, retouching and optimization for various digital platforms.
• Create and refine realistic 3D models, textures and visualizations; explore 3D printing integration.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in graphic design tools, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling designs. Candidates located in or around Gurugram or Manesar are preferred, as the office is based in Manesar. Knowledge and interest in 3D printing will be a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities

• Design and Conceptualization:
• Develop original designs for digital and print media, including advertisements, social media content, websites, brochures, product packaging, and event materials.
• Translate creative briefs into visually striking concepts that resonate with target audiences and align with the brand's identity.
• Branding and Visual Storytelling:
• Enhance and maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs by adhering to established guidelines while introducing fresh, creative approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create assets that elevate marketing campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
• Image Editing and Optimization:
• Perform advanced image editing, retouching, and manipulation to meet project requirements.
• Ensure all visual content is optimized for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and mobile devices.
• 3D Design and Printing (Preferred):
• Create and refine realistic 3D models, textures, and visualizations using specialized software for products, environments, and marketing campaigns.
• Explore opportunities to incorporate 3D printing technology into design projects and support relevant initiatives.
• Innovation and Trend Monitoring:
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the creative output cutting-edge.
• Proactively propose design improvements and innovative approaches to enhance the company’s visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• Interest or experience in 3D printing is a significant advantage.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute designs within tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Basic English communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Job Location and Requirements

Location: Sitting office : Tex Corp Private Limited, VATIKA TOWN SQUARE-1, Light House, SECTOR 82A, GURGAON. Candidates from Gurugram or Manesar ( India) are preferred.
