Job summary

Toprankers is seeking a Graphic Designer with strong print media experience to design offline branding materials such as brochures, posters, standees, and banners. You will ensure print-ready outputs meeting CMYK, bleed, and resolution standards.

You should translate academic and brand requirements into visually compelling creatives, coordinate with vendors, and maintain brand consistency across all print materials while managing multiple projects to tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in print media design for brochures, posters, banners.

• Ability to translate academic/brand requirements into print-ready creatives.

• Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure quality of final output.
• Maintain brand consistency across all print materials.
• Support marketing and academic teams with offline campaign creatives.
• Adapt existing designs for different sizes and formats.
• Review proofs and make timely revisions before final print.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate expertise in print media graphic design.
• Show proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understand typography, layout, color theory, and print production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design print creatives including brochures, flyers, posters, standees, hoardings, booklets, banners, certificates, and classroom materials
• Ensure designs meet print specifications (CMYK, bleed, trim, resolution, paper formats)
• Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure quality and accuracy of final output
• Maintain brand consistency across all print materials
• Support marketing and academic teams with offline campaign creatives
• Adapt existing designs for different sizes and formats
• Review proofs and make timely revisions before final print
• Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
• Proven expertise in print media graphic design
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Clear understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and print production
• Attention to detail and accuracy in final outputs
• Ability to interpret briefs and convert concepts into print-ready designs
• Good communication and coordination skills
