We're Hiring! Graphic Designer – Full-Time | Bangalore | ₹4–5 LPA

TIER (The Indian Education Review) is growing—and we’re on the lookout for a sharp, creative Graphic Designer who can bring our brand to life across platforms.

Preferably NIFT Students.

What You’ll Do:

• Create scroll-stopping social media creatives, brochures, posters, and digital campaigns
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to turn ideas into visuals that guide students toward informed college choices
• Maintain visual consistency across web, social, print, and ad formats
• Help shape and evolve our brand’s distinctive, geometric, non-human design style

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of design experience
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
• A sharp eye for layout, colors, typography, and visual storytelling
• Bonus: experience with youth or education-focused brands
