We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who loves building things, experimenting with new ideas, and taking ownership. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to make a measurable impact on growth.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, website assets, presentations, and sales collateral.
• Design graphics, infographics, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials that align with the brand.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate concepts into impactful visual designs.
• Support product launches, campaigns, events, and go‑to‑market initiatives through creative assets.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Create visual content for blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Work on UI mockups, landing page visuals, and website design enhancements as needed.
• Stay updated with design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and emerging technologies.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a SaaS, technology, or product‑based company.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing, social media, and creative design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools such as Figma or Canva.
• Good understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
• Experience creating designs for digital platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or animation is a plus.
