Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing or creative agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma is a must, Canva is a plus.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Creative thinker with a portfolio showing design versatility and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret briefs, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality B2B marketing collateral (socials, infographics, whitepapers, eBooks, landing pages, websites, presentations).
• Create static and motion-based designs for campaigns, digital ads, and video content.
• Ensure visuals align with brand guidelines across digital channels.

About The Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong creative skills and an eye for detail to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging visual content and marketing collateral for B2B technology and enterprise brands.

You’ll work closely with content strategists, copywriters, and marketing teams to create impactful designs that strengthen brand presence, communicate ideas effectively, and drive engagement across digital channels. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of creative projects, from social media and digital campaigns to presentations, websites, and other marketing assets, while bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality B2B marketing collateral, including social media creatives, infographics, whitepapers, eBooks, landing pages, website designs, and presentations.
• Create static and motion-based designs for marketing campaigns, digital ads, and video content.
• Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across digital channels.
• Collaborate with content and account management teams to understand creative briefs and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, B2B marketing styles, and emerging creative tools and techniques.
• Create visual assets for client pitches, proposals, and internal marketing initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of creativity and quality.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a digital marketing or creative agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign); Figma experience is a must, while Canva experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Creative thinker with a strong portfolio demonstrating design versatility and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong passion for visual storytelling.

Good to Have

• Experience working with B2B or technology brands.
• Familiarity with basic motion design and video editing tools, such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Understanding performance marketing and social media design best practices.
• Exposure AI-based design and creative tools, such as ChatGPT, Gamma, or Lottie.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD); Figma experience is a must, while Aftereffects, Premiere Pro experience is a plus.
• Exposure AI-based design and creative tools, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude, etc.
