Coffee Day Global is seeking a mid-senior Brand Designer to craft compelling visuals for digital, print, and in-store branding across our outlets in Bengaluru. You will design social media assets, banners, brochures, posters, and campaign materials while ensuring strict adherence to our brand guidelines.

We value a strong portfolio, proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or Canva; experience in Retail/QSR/FMCG/Hospitality is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design/Visual Communication/Fine Arts is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant design experience, preferably in Retail, QSR, FMCG, or Hospitality.

Responsabilités

• Create engaging creatives for digital, print, and in-store branding.
• Design social media posts, banners, brochures, posters, menu boards, and campaign assets.
• Develop creative concepts for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
• Ensure consistency with CCDs brand guidelines across all platforms.
• Stay updated on design trends, QSR branding, and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product teams, and external agencies.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors for quality production.
• Create presentations and infographics for internal and leadership communication.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet campaign deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or Canva is an added advantage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, typography, layout, and print design.
• Excellent understanding of colour theory, composition, and visual consistency.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability across design formats.
• Effective time management and ability to handle multiple projects, stakeholders, and tight deadlines.
