Job summary

2gethr is a design-first managed office and coworking company that translates the brand into compelling visual experiences across digital and offline touchpoints. We seek a Graphic & Visual Designer who can craft social, web, and event visuals and maintain brand consistency.

You will collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Events teams, design for digital and print, and contribute to motion graphics as needed. Bengaluru-based role, on-site work adaptability expected.

Qualifications

• 3 - 4 years of experience in Graphic Design / Visual Design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Good understanding of website design, UI/UX basics, responsive layouts, and digital design.
• Strong knowledge of branding, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing for both digital and print.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral.
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for brand and marketing campaigns.
• Design website pages, landing pages, banners, and other digital assets using Figma.
• Apply strong understanding of typography, layouts, colours, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Create event branding including invitations, standees, backdrops, brochures, and signage.
• Maintain consistency across all 2gethr brand communication.
• Work closely with the Brand & Communications, Marketing, Sales, and Events teams.
• Coordinate with developers, printers, agencies, and other external partners when required.
• Create basic motion graphics or video creatives where required.
