Job summary

TeamLease is seeking a creative designer to craft engaging landing pages across categories and digital assets. You will rapidly conceptualize and implement designs end-to-end, using the Adobe suite to produce graphics, layouts, and animations.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging landing pages for various categories and assets.
• Conceptualize and implement end-to-end design quickly.

• Translate design briefs into clear category-specific outputs.
• Develop new concepts, graphics and layouts; present rough drafts.
• Incorporate feedback and finalize designs for go-ahead.

Roles and responsibilities

• Design engaging Landing pages for various Categories.
• Should be able to quickly conceptualize the design and implement it from end-to-end.
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software (Adobe suite)
• Should take the design brief to record requirements and category needs
• Should think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Should be able to prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
• Amend final designs to category comments to gain final go-ahead
• Collaborate with copywriters and other stakeholders to ensure smooth process flow during sales

& events

Required Candidate profile

• 1- 3 year of experience In design.
• Designing experience app and desktop experience design, mailers, push notifications and other

forms of digital communication.

• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability
• Should be able to demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas

Should be up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, XD,

Photoshop and after effects)

• Highly proficient in all design aspects. Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
