Job summary

Eight Eleven is a branding, design and creative agency seeking a graphic designer to execute design work across client projects from concept to production-ready files under founder/creative direction.

Candidates should have 1–3 years agency or in-house experience, proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, strong typography and print production knowledge, and comfort using AI tools to accelerate ideas while owning the final output.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; InDesign a plus.
• Strong typography, layout, and color sense.
• Understanding of print production basics (CMYK, bleed, resolution).
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and work from mood boards.
• 1–3 years of agency or in-house design experience.
• Comfort using AI-assisted design tools for rapid ideation and mockups.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into polished, production-ready designs.

About the Role

Eight Eleven is a branding, design and creative agency working with SMEs, startups and established companies across branding, packaging, UI/UX, and digital creative. We're looking for a Graphic Designer to execute design work across client projects - from concept to production-ready files - under founder/creative direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate briefs and reference direction into polished, production-ready designs
• Maintain brand consistency across client projects
• Prepare print-ready files (bleed, CMYK, dielines) and coordinate specs with production/print vendors
• Manage 2–4 concurrent projects with independent time management
• Incorporate feedback and revisions accurately and within timelines
• Maintain organized file structures (source files, exports, versions) per project
• Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney/Firefly for concepting and mockups, Photoshop generative fill, ChatGPT/Claude for creative briefs and copy variants) to speed up ideation, iteration and production — while maintaining full creative ownership and quality control over final output

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop; InDesign a plus
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, and color
• Understanding of print production basics (CMYK, bleed, resolution)
• Ability to work from references/mood boards and follow brand guidelines
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (agency or in-house)
• Comfortable using AI-assisted design tools as part of daily workflow (concept generation, asset variation, background/retouch work, rapid mockups)

Good to Have

• Basic motion/video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut)
• Familiarity with Figma or Canva
• Prior experience integrating AI tools into a design pipeline (prompt-based concepting, AI upscaling, AI video/motion tools)

What We're NOT Looking For

• Someone needing constant creative direction on fundamentals (composition, brand basics)
• Someone unable to independently manage deadlines across multiple projects
