Role Description The Graphic Design Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for creating visual materials that support the institution’s educational, spiritual, and outreach activities. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics for print and digital media, developing logos and visual identities, and producing branded materials for events, campaigns, and internal communications. The role involves collaborating with educators and administrative teams to translate concepts into engaging visual content, while ensuring consistency with organizational values and brand guidelines. The Graphic Design Specialist will also handle image editing, preparing files for production, and maintaining an organized library of design assets.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in visual design, including Graphics and Graphic Design skills, with proficiency in industry-standard design software.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create cohesive visual identities aligned with institutional values.
• Practical expertise in Image Editing and optimization for both print and digital platforms.
• Relevant academic background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and alignment with the organization’s mission and ethical values.
