Job summary

BIG FAT HUSKY MEDIA in Mumbai is offering a full-time in-office design internship for three months. You will design social media posts, carousels, and ad creatives, while maintaining brand identity across platforms.

A portfolio is required; freshers are welcome. Strong layout skills and Canva/Adobe familiarity are valued. Stipend is provided, with potential for a job offer after conversion.

Qualifications

• Must have a portfolio — college/personal projects are acceptable.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, spacing and visual hierarchy.
• Should be able to work from our Mumbai office.
• Comfortable using Canva; Photoshop/Illustrator knowledge is preferred.
• We care more about design sense and willingness to learn than years of experience.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, reel covers, stories, ad creatives and campaign assets for multiple brands.
• Convert content briefs and marketing ideas into clean, visually strong designs.
• Maintain each client's individual brand identity, typography, colours and visual style.
• Create creatives in multiple formats including Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads and website banners.
• Work closely with the social media, content and performance marketing teams.
• Resize and adapt approved designs across different platforms and formats.
• Research visual references, current design trends and competitor creatives.
• Organise design files, templates and client assets properly.
• Make revisions based on internal and client feedback.
• Assist with campaign concepts, moodboards and visual direction where required.

3. Maintain each client's individual brand identity, typography, colours and visual style.
4. Create creatives in multiple formats including Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads and website banners.

Additional information:

• Stipend Structure:
  • Fixed pay: ₹ 8,000 - 12,000 /month
  • Incentive pay: ₹ 500 - 4,000 /month
• Job offer:
  • On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 200000 to 350000/year
