Job summary

BECO is a revolutionary home care brand focused on sustainability and eco-friendliness. We are a Mumbai-based D2C brand offering a 3-month internship with a monthly stipend of 15,000 INR, on-site in Mumbai.

This role supports the Brand and Marketing teams by designing creatives for social media, campaigns, and marketing collateral. You will develop product-focused visuals, adapt designs for multiple platforms, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced D2C environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Strong interest in graphic design, branding, and visual communication.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of typography, colour, composition, and layout.
• Good eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with different design styles and formats.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio or samples of design work are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the design of creatives for Instagram, Meta Ads, website, marketplaces, and other digital channels
• Assist with campaign creatives, product launches, promotional assets, and seasonal campaigns
• Create and adapt product-focused visuals based on briefs provided by the Brand and Marketing teams
• Support the development of brochures, posters, presentations, merchandise, and other marketing collaterals
• Resize and adapt designs for different platforms and formats while maintaining consistency
• Work with the team to understand briefs and execute designs
• Explore design trends, references, and new creative formats relevant to D2C brands
• Make design changes based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks
