Job summary

WPP Production India [Marketing Operations Studios] is seeking a design-focused professional to create and adapt marketing print collateral and professional presentations. You will ensure brand compliance, localization, and high-quality visuals for internal stakeholders and global clients.

You will collaborate with creative, project, and production teams, applying strong layout, typography, and color theory, and using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Office to deliver

Qualifications

• Design fundamentals in layout, typography, color theory are essential.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint design and visual storytelling required.
• Understanding of print production, bleed, color modes, and asset preparation is needed.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt marketing print collateral (brochures, flyers, posters, newsletters, leaflets, banners, standees, reports, and other print assets).
• Develop visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal stakeholders and global clients with branding consistency.

Job description

• Design Print Collateral - Create and adapt marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, newsletters, leaflets, banners, standees, reports, and other print assets.
• Create Professional Presentations - Develop visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal stakeholders and global clients, ensuring consistency in branding, layout, and storytelling.
• Brand Compliance - Ensure all creative deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, typography standards, color palettes, and visual identity requirements.
• Asset Adaptation & Localization - Modify existing designs and presentations based on client feedback, market requirements, and localization needs.
• Visual Content Development - Create icons, infographics, charts, illustrations, and graphical elements that enhance communication and user engagement.
• Quality Assurance - Review artwork for accuracy, formatting, alignment, typography, color consistency, and print specifications before final delivery.
• Collaboration - Work collaboratively with creative teams, project managers, content specialists, and production teams to meet project timelines.

What will you need?

• Design Skills - Good understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and branding principles.
• Presentation Design - Basic to intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint design, slide layout creation, and visual storytelling.
• Print Knowledge - Understanding of print production processes, resolution requirements, bleed, color modes (RGB/CMYK), and artwork preparation. Working knowledge of: 1. Adobe Photoshop 2. Adobe Illustrator 3. Adobe InDesign 4. Microsoft PowerPoint 5. Microsoft Office Suite
