Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Graphic Design Consultant to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them elevate their visual identity through expert branding solutions and thoughtful design recommendations. You will collaborate with businesses of all sizes to create impactful brand assets, marketing collateral, and visual guidelines that align with their goals and values. This is a consultant-level role designed for professionals who bring both design expertise and business insight to the table.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their branding goals, market positioning, and design preferences.
• Provide strategic direction on branding, visual storytelling, and graphic design execution.
• Develop brand guidelines, logo concepts, typography systems, color palettes, and other design assets.
• Review and audit existing brand materials and provide actionable improvement plans.
• Collaborate with in-house or client-side marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Deliver design prototypes, mood boards, and mock-ups using industry-standard tools.
• Conduct presentations and workshops to explain design choices and brand strategy to stakeholders.
• Stay current on design trends, competitor visual strategies, and emerging digital design tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and/or Figma.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing branding projects, identity systems, and layout designs.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and UX/UI principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey creative ideas.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple client projects simultaneously.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branding, graphic design, or visual consultancy.
• Prior experience working in an agency, freelance consulting, or corporate branding team is preferred.
• Experience leading client presentations and conducting branding workshops is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours based on client schedules and project timelines.
• Core collaboration hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST (or equivalent client time zone).
• Fully remote position with occasional virtual client meetings.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Deep knowledge of branding strategy, identity design, and creative direction.
• Ability to translate business needs into visually compelling brand stories.
• Adept at giving and receiving constructive feedback in a collaborative environment.
• Comfortable using project collaboration platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack, Notion).
