Job summary

Phillipcapital is seeking a Video Editor and Graphic Designer to craft engaging social media videos, reels, and banners that align with brand guidelines. You will collaborate with marketing to deliver high-quality design solutions and drive creative concepts.

The role requires hands-on video shooting basics, proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the full Adobe Creative Suite, along with a strong portfolio and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience.
• Proven experience with graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, premiere pro, After effects).
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.
• Hands-on experience in video shooting, framing, lighting, and basic equipment handling.
• Exceptional creativity with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
