Sir Marketer is expanding, and we’re looking for a detail‑oriented Grant Submission & Compliance Specialist to join our team in Jaipur.

We work with U.S.-based nonprofits and organizations to help them secure funding through federal and private grants. Our team handles proposal writing — your role will be to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant submission of applications.

Jaipur (Work from Office only)

• Submit grant applications via platforms such as Grants.gov, JustGrants, SAM.gov, etc.
• Manage application workspaces and submission timelines
• Ensure all documents are complete, formatted, and compliant
• Coordinate with internal team for required materials
• Track deadlines, submissions, and status updates
• Experience in grant submissions / NGO / compliance / documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple applications
• Familiarity with U.S. grant portals is a big plus (training can be provided)
