Job summary

Dentsu Creative India is offering a Graduate Trainee position in Video Editing at our Mumbai campus. If you have a passion for storytelling, motion, and visuals, this is your chance to learn from industry pros and contribute to real brand campaigns.

The role is a 6-month traineeship with a stipend of ₹15,000 per month, subject to 10% TDS. High-potential trainees may progress to a full-time Video Editor or Motion Designer role based on performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Animation, Visual Communication, Film, Multimedia, Design, or related field.
• Portfolio/showreel demonstrating editing and motion graphics skills preferred.
• Understanding of short-form content, pacing, composition, typography, colour grading, and motion graphics.

Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects in After Effects.
• Collaborate with Creative, Design, and Content teams on brand content.
• Manage footage, project files, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Adapt videos for different platforms, aspect ratios, and formats.

Role Overview

Key Skills Required

• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator.
• Understanding of short-form content, pacing, composition, typography, colour grading, and motion graphics.
• Strong creative eye, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Portfolio/showreel demonstrating editing and motion graphics skills preferred.
• Exposure to fashion, lifestyle, beauty, entertainment, or digital-first content is an advantage.
