QAD is looking for an enthusiastic and attention-to-detail focused Graduate Trainee P2P , Travel & Expenses . This position will report to the Global Shared Services P2P Manager

This Position Will Require

• Good verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills and should have good Excel & PowerPoint skills.

What You’ll Do

• Receipts validation submitted by employee - Candidate will be responsible for receipt validation & auditing ensuring compliance with the Company's travel policy.
• Follow-up with employees regarding out-of-policy expenses, missing receipts, incorrect expense type etc.
• Assist in managing the Company's Travel card program (issuing cards, terminating cards, etc)
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on correcting, submitting and approving expense reports
• Reconcile files and continuously improve Travel Expense tools and processes
• Run various T&E reports within the system for the monthly review for Controllers and management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or other similar qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 0-3 years of relevant experience, experience in global shared service center for multinational companies preferred.
• Knowledge in the financial system and reporting tools (experience in QAD ERP a plus). Expert in Google Sheet and other Google Suite, MS Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM, CPQ and any other billing systems.
• Other knowledge or skills: Confidence and consistent track record to communicate both orally and in writing. Ability to work independently and take ownership of multiple concurrent and diversified tasks while working with deadlines. Highly organized with phenomenal attention to detail. Aptitude to work closely with a cross functional team and interact effectively with various individuals across the organization.
