• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and GDT.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Participate actively in daily functional activities and live engineering projects.
• Learn and apply engineering principles, manufacturing processes, quality standards, and organizational procedures.
• Complete assigned technical tasks and mini-projects within agreed timelines.
• Attend structured learning sessions, technical workshops, case studies, and e-learning programs.
• Work closely with assigned mentors to review learning progress and receive developmental feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams during departmental rotations.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and project records accurately.
• Follow company policies related to safety, quality, compliance, and workplace discipline.
• Demonstrate continuous learning, ownership, teamwork, and professional behaviour throughout the program.
• Present project outcomes and learning achievements during milestone reviews.
