Job summary

Techsol Engineers in Bengaluru invites fresh Mechanical Engineering graduates to join their Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) program. This one-year, structured training covers engineering, manufacturing, projects, sales, and operations to build a strong technical foundation and future engineering capabilities.

Selected candidates will gain hands-on exposure to design, production, maintenance, and project execution while learning company standards and processes to progress into Graduate Engineer

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good academic record with strong technical fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in engineering design, manufacturing, and production activities.
• Support project execution, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment and machine performance and assist in preventive maintenance planning.
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical documentation, reports, and engineering drawings.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Warehouse, and Project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Support quality inspections, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in process optimization and Lean/5S improvement activities.
• Assist in vendor interactions, material inspections, and technical evaluations.
• Learn company products, engineering standards, and project execution methodologies.
• Provide technical support to the Sales and Business Development team whenever required.
• Adhere to company quality, safety, and compliance standards.

About the Role

Techsol Engineers is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineering Graduates to join our Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program. This structured one-year training program is designed to provide practical exposure across engineering, manufacturing, projects, sales, and operations, enabling trainees to build a strong technical foundation and develop into future engineering professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in engineering design, manufacturing, and production activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good academic record with strong technical fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel across project sites and customer locations, if required.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
