Job summary

Syntel Telecom is seeking a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in Solution Architecture and Presales to bridge complex technologies with business value. You will collaborate with sales teams and senior architects to gain hands-on experience in deploying and designing solutions across telecommunications, networking, customer experience, surveillance & security, audio and video solutions.

Educational criteria include BE/B.Tech in ECE/Telecom/CS/IT with at least 60%/CGPA 6.5 and no backlogs.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in ECE, Telecommunications, CSE or IT with minimum 60%/CGPA 6.5 across 10th, 12th and graduation, no active backlogs.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (OSI Model, TCP/IP, Routing & Switching) and telecom protocols.
• Certifications (Preferred): Basic certifications in Cloud, AI, Networking, Security etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in designing solutions in respective areas of operation.
• Prepare high-quality technical proposals, BoM, and compliance sheets for client requirements.
• Conduct technical presentations and live PoC sessions for potential customers.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends in the industry to keep proposed solution competitive.
• Support the response process for RFPs and RFIs.

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in Solution Architecture and Presales department, You will bridge the gap between complex technologies and tangible business value. You will work closely with the sales team and senior architects to have hands-on experience in deployment and designing cutting-edge solutions in areas of telecommunications, Customer experience, Networking, Surveillance & Security and Audio and VIdeo solutions.

Below are some of the key responsibilities for Presales Engineers.

• Solution Design: Assist senior architects in designing solutions in respective areas of operation.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare high-quality technical proposals, Bill of Materials (BoM), and compliance sheets for client requirements.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct technical presentations and live "Proof of Concept" (PoC) sessions for potential customers.
• Market Analysis: Keep abreast of emerging trends in the industry to keep proposed solution competitive.
• Bid Management: Support the response process for RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information).

Academic & Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication (ECE), Telecommunications, Computer Science (CSE), or Information Technology (IT).
• Academic Record: Minimum of 60% or 6.5 CGPA throughout (10th, 12th, and Graduation) with no active backlogs.
• Technical Foundation: Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (OSI Model, TCP/IP, Routing & Switching) and telecommunication protocols.
• Certifications (Preferred): Basic certifications in Cloud, AI , Networking, Security etc.
