Job summary

V Guard is seeking a Trainee for a temporary one-year role in Kerala. The candidate will assist with BOM data, coordinate product packaging development, and support lab testing for appliances like induction stoves, rice cookers and water heaters.

Ideal for fresh engineers with mechanical background, strong Excel/Word/PPT skills, and a proactive, collaborative attitude to learn and adapt under leads’ guidance.

Qualifications

Bachelors/BTech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Proficiency in Excel, Word & PPT.
Basic understanding of product function manufacturing processes.
Willingness to learn and adapt to feedback from leads.
Proactive and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Assist and prepare the BOM components volumetric data.
Coordinate for the product package development activities.
Assist and coordinate for product LAB testing (Induction stove/Rice cooker/ Electric Water Heaters).
Demonstrate good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Show proactiveness and drive to complete tasks efficiently.
