Nokia Factory in Tamil Nadu is offering a Graduate Apprentice Trainee position for 2026 pass-outs. The role involves understanding manufacturing processes, ERP/MES interactions, and ISA-95 hierarchy, with exposure to AI/ML concepts and Python for data analysis and automation.

Stipend is 275,000 INR per month (250,000 consolidated under Apprentices Act plus 20,500 INR Nokia and 4,500 INR NATS Department). Rotational shifts and comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 65% aggregate in Engineering 2026 Passout students.
• Eligible streams: Mechanical/Mechatronics/Robotics.
• 2026 pass-outs only.

Responsibilities

• Understand manufacturing processes and production flow.
• Learn ERP, MES, and shop-floor system interactions.
• Understand ISA-95 manufacturing hierarchy.
• Understand Work-in-Progress (WIP) tracking.
• Learn quality management and non-conformance handling and cyber security.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI and ML concepts.
• Proficiency in Python programming for data analysis and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Power Query for data transformation and reporting.
• Familiarity with Power Automate for workflow automation and process optimization.
