Some of What You’ll Do

Scope of the Role:

• Direct Reports: This is an individual contributor role and has no direct reports

Key Responsibilities

• During the 12‑month period, you will work in different functional areas and be actively involved in day‑to‑day business and projects simultaneously benefitting from professional and individual coaching.
• You will work on the right combination of assignments that will develop your competencies, skills, and interests.
• Assist within the relevant department, but also learn about other aspects of the company.
• Prepare presentations and complete evaluations and assessments as assigned.
• Attend all training and information sessions in order to gain the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
• Accept, respond to and implement any feedback offered.

Experience, Education, and Certifications:

• Full‑time graduates, with record of first class through out their academics including graduation in the following areas: Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Accounting, or related business/STEM field.
• Candidates should have passed each semester / each year of engineering in first attempt only with no backlogs
• Candidates who have appeared for the final engineering examinations in the year of selection only, are eligible for selection as Graduate Apprenticeship
• Graduates cannot exceed 3 years of completing their college education to be eligible.

Additional Requirements:

• Interest working in the Technology/Telecommunications Industry
• Excellent organising and communication skills.
