Job summary

Smiths Detection in Bengaluru is seeking an apprentice in Quality Assurance to support QMS alignment, documentation, and incoming material inspection.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality culture and participate in quality improvement projects while supporting timely completion of activities in a global manufacturing setting.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required; strong written and verbal communication and the ability to persistently pursue results are valued.

Job Description

Key Activities:

• Quality System (Function specific)
• Preparation of Quality documents
• Incoming material inspection at fabrication premises.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Quality Improvement Projects

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive quality culture and best practices throughout the organization.

Key Accountabilities:

• Timely and effectively completion of the assigned activities
• Collaborates with the rest of the company to spread Quality Culture
• Quality MS updates and effectiveness

Key Responsibilities:
