Wsne Consulting is seeking an Experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer to define, implement, and integrate cloud GRC controls. The role demands strong leadership, governance expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into robust technical designs.

The candidate will lead project delivery, manage teams, and ensure secure, scalable ServiceNow GRC solutions with integrations to third-party tools. English communication and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7.5+ years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) tools.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• Experience in project delivery and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow GRC and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to determine security needs.
• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow GRC solutions.
• Manage integration with third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support pre-sales with effort estimations and solutioning.
• Oversee integration of ServiceNow with third‑party tools/applications.
• Coordinate knowledge base and portal configurations; ensure data accuracy.
• Translate business problems into software and technical requirements.

Summary:

Experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer with strong leadership capabilities and expertise in implementing, customizing, and integrating GRC modules on the ServiceNow platform. Proven ability to lead teams, manage client expectations, and deliver secure, scalable solutions. Adept at translating complex business requirements into robust technical designs while ensuring adherence to compliance and governance standard.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with managers to determine security needs.


• Experience on project delivery and team management.


• Supervising, recruiting, and training security personnel.


• Developing work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring personnel performance.


• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow GRC solutions.


• Manage integration with third‑party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and ensure data accuracy and synchronization.


• Support pre-sales efforts, including effort estimations, technical solutioning, and proposal preparation.


• Integration of ServiceNow with 3rd party tools/applications/platforms


• Hands‑on experience in Integrations with Web Services REST and SOAP, Scripted Web Services.


• Good Understanding of Page Design and Widget Configurations related to Service Portal


• Good Understanding of Version and Patch upgrades.


• Hands on experience in Knowledge Base and Knowledge Article Configurations.


• Knows how to translate business problems into software & technical requirements

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, IT, information systems management or equivalent area


• ServiceNow certifications


• Responsible for installation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow GRC Platform.


• Proficient in developing, integrating and maintaining applications using ServiceNow Platform technology and tools.


• Strong Knowledge in ServiceNow Scripting modules like Business Rules, Script Includes, Email Notifications, Workflows, UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, etc.


• Knowledge of SDLC and VB/Java scripting is a plus


• Experience in other GRC tools like RSA Archer, MetricStream, Bwise is a plus


• Very good communication and customer management skills


• Excellent command of English (verbal/written)

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.
