Responsabilités

• Source gold loan business through walk-ins, local references, and field activities.
• Conduct gold valuation and loan processing, including documentation and KYC verification.
• Counsel customers on eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms.
• Handle customer queries via walk-ins, phone, and email; build relationships for repeat business.
• Manage cash transactions and assist in branch records, MIS, and data entry.
• Ensure adherence to KYC norms and internal policies; support audits and record-keeping.

Job Description:

Role Purpose
To drive gold loan sourcing, appraisal, and customer servicing at the branch level by ensuring accurate loan processing, strong customer engagement, and compliance with operational and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Customer Acquisition & Business Generation
  • Source gold loan business through walk-ins, local references, and field activities
  • Achieve monthly disbursement and portfolio growth targets
  • Generate leads through referrals and cross-sell financial products (insurance, loans, etc.)
• 2. Gold Appraisal & Loan Processing
  • Conduct gold valuation (purity testing, weight verification) as per company standards
  • Process loan applications including documentation, KYC verification, and data entry
  • Ensure accurate loan disbursement, renewal, and closure within TAT
  • Counsel customers on eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms
• 3. Customer Relationship & Service
  • Handle customer queries (walk-in, phone, email) and provide product guidance
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and retention
  • Conduct follow-ups for renewals, collections, and overdue cases
• 4. Branch Operations & Cash Handling
  • Manage cash transactions and ensure adherence to cash handling guidelines
  • Support maintenance of branch records, daily MIS, and system data
  • Assist in gold packet handling, tagging, and storage processes
• 5. Compliance & Audit Support
  • Ensure adherence to KYC norms and internal policies for all transactions
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all loans
  • Support internal/external audits and ensure zero deviations
• 6. Market Outreach & Local Engagement
  • Conduct local marketing activities, roadshows, and campaigns
  • Build relationships with local influencers, jewelers, and connectors
  • Track competitor offerings and gold price trends
