Branches play a major role in deposit mobilization from New‑To‑Bank (NTB) customers and are core drivers of the Bank’s customer engagement strategy across products and services.

Gold Loan Officer – Role Overview

Responsible for Gold Loan Operations in the branch, ensuring portfolio profitability, productivity, and compliance while maintaining strong relationships with the branch banking team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain portfolio profitability by managing pricing and fee structures for the assigned territory.
  • Ensure minimum benchmark ASL productivity through right talent placement and minimal attrition.
  • Achieve operational and compliance superiority while meeting top‑line numbers.
  • Maintain relationships with the branch banking team for smooth processing of Gold Loan cases.
  • Recruit, train, induct ASL executives, and motivate them to grow the Gold Loan portfolio.
  • Ensure all compliance and operational processes are followed by ASL and branch banking teams, providing continuous training and support for a healthy portfolio.
  • Achieve top‑line numbers and required productivity levels as guided by the Central Team.
Qualifications
  • Graduate or MBA (Marketing preferred) from a recognized institute.
  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in NBFC or branch banking.
  • Proven experience in branch banking or channel sales.
  • Strong relationship building skills with experience in channel sales and team management.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job done.
  • Skill to work effectively with cross‑functional teams in a matrix organization.
