About Branch Banking

With branches spread across the country, the branches act as the face of Axis Bank for millions of retail customers and are an integral part of the bank’s strategy. Branches play a major role in deposit mobilization from New‑To‑Bank (NTB) customers and are core drivers of the bank’s customer engagement strategy across products and services.

About the Role

Gold Loan Officer is responsible for Gold Loan Operations in the branch.

Portfolio Profitability - by maintaining pricing and fee of the assigned territory.

Productivity - To ensure the minimum benchmark ASL productivity by choosing the right people and minimizing attrition.

Process and Compliance - To achieve the highest level of operational and compliance superiority along with top line numbers.

To maintain a relationship with the branch banking team in order to have smooth processing of Gold Loan cases.

To recruit, train, induct ASL executives in the system and motivate them to increase the gold loan portfolio in association with the Branch Banking channel.

To ensure that all compliance/operational processes are followed by ASL and the branch banking team, keeping training and constant support for a healthy and hygienic portfolio.

To ensure that the top line numbers are met and the required productivity level is achieved as provided and guided by the Central Team.

Qualifications

Graduate / MBA (Marketing) preferred from a recognized institute.

2‑4 years of relevant work experience (preferably NBFC).

Solid relationship‑building skills with experience in channel sales and team management.
