Job summary

IHFL is seeking a Gold Appraiser to accurately value gold ornaments pledged by customers, ensure purity and weight checks, and maintain safe custody throughout the loan lifecycle.

The role covers loan processing, documentation, custody & cash handling, customer service, collections, and compliance with regulatory requirements, while maintaining precise records and high integrity.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of gold valuation/appraisal techniques, purity and weight assessment.
• Understanding of gold loan operations, documentation, and KYC/regulatory requirements.
• Accuracy in calculation, counting, and record maintenance.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge / MS Office.
• High levels of integrity and trustworthiness.
